In an effort to deliver quality training, technology and consulting services to the marketplace, S.E.E.D.© Technology Center has retained some of the best and brightest individuals in their field of specialty.

Our Management Team along with their staff work tirelessly to develop programs, services, solutions and applications that not only involve and progress our students learning and development, but deliver working, cost-saving solutions to our customers and the community.

Director of Technology & Information Services (acting)
  • B. Alexander Ingram, Ph.D. is primarily concerned with the development, implementation, operation, monitoring, and evaluation of the technology program for the school system. He provides leadership in identifying hardware and software purchases, ensuring that they are consistent with the school system's instructional technology plan and state technology guidelines. He coordinates, and delivers, staff, student and client development on technology competencies and works collaboratively with the other members of the school to use technology and include technology applications as an integral part of the total instructional program. He heads our Technology Department and in this capacity, he oversees the Development Teams, Project Management and Business Development Teams. He is responsible for our Learning Management System (LMS), Information Technology Strategies and Web Development efforts to create websites that focus on student needs, customer projects and support staff requirements.
Director of Education & Training
  • READY-TO-HIRE - This individual will head our Education, Training & Development Department. In this capacity, he/she will oversee the development of new curricula and work with Career Services to ensure appropriateness of curricula to address employer needs. He/she further coordinates Advisory Boards to assist with new training course development, aids in the faculty development process and conducts new student orientation. Utilizes a wide variety of methods to present educational and training programs, including: in-person presentations, audio/visual, print, computer and internet/intranet. Conducts education and training needs assessments; interacts with school officials, managers and staff to identify, develop and plan the content of education and training programs. Analyzes education and training goals and objectives; Prepares cost estimates for projects and programs, and prepares cost/benefit analyses. Works with staff and user groups to coordinate technical training. Evaluates training programs and recommends improvements. Establishes and maintains a network among educational professionals in the State, the District and multiple local agencies. Identifies, selects and oversees education and training consultants.

Employment Program Coordinator
  • VOLUNTEER NEEDED - Under the general direction and supervision of the Executive Director, coordinates and promotes participant training and employment opportunities with participants, advisory groups, employers, contractors and various governmental agencies. Monitors contractors adherence to established Employment Program guidelines. Mediates and resolves participant employment program disputes between participants, management, union or contractors; develops, coordinates and promotes the affirmative recruitment of participants for the Employment Program; works with contractors to development effective implementation plans to facilitate the affirmative recruitment of participants for employment; serves as liaison between S.E.E.D.© Technology Center, participants, local organizations, program participants, contractors, and union representatives at various development worksite locations; works with Community Services, Human Resources, and Housing Management to recruit participants and other qualified candidates for resident employment opportunities such as job fairs, etc; maintain and controls records regarding program participation in the Employment Program; prepares utilization reports regarding the Employment Program, and perform related work as required.
GED Program Coordinator
  • MonDarryl Smith leads the GED Program efforts by communicating with students in a timely manner by phone and email to sign up for and confirm program attendance. He recruits students to attend programs when necessary. He secures back-up Team Coordinators and Tutors when necessary to accommodate student activities. He welcomes students, provides them with nametags, have them sign-in on the attendance form/waiver, conducts a short orientation to the program and supervises students while on campus. He works with Agency Representatives to facilitate the success of the program. He conducts wrap up sessions after each program, thanks students for coming and participating and checks in with Agency Reps on additional needs. He assist students with the completion of the program evaluation form and returns it to the STC office after each program attended. He maintains regular communication with students and STC Program Staff regarding program details and changes. He works with STC staff to lead successful GED programs and retains students, while actively promoting STC student opportunities.
CBT Program Coordinator
  • Bonita Green leads the CBT (Computer Based Training) Program efforts by communicating with students in a timely manner by phone and email to sign up for and confirm program attendance. She recruits students to attend programs when necessary. She secures back-up Team Coordinators and Tutors when necessary to accommodate student activities. She welcomes students, provides them with nametags, have them sign-in on the attendance form/waiver, conducts a short orientation to the program and supervises students while on campus. Volunteer Coordinator
  • VOLUNTEER NEEDED - Responsible for organizing and directing efforts to involve volunteers in Center programs and services. Maintains communication between staff, committees and volunteers to ensure the best possible match between organizational needs and volunteer capabilities.
