Headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina, S.E.E.D.^© Technology Center is a wholly owned subsidiary of S.E.E.D.^© Faith Ministries International, Inc. of South Carolina, which is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) educational, economical and charitable organization specializing in the training, teaching and equipping of the incarcerated, underprivileged and disadvantaged or what we like to call the disenfranchised.

S.E.E.D.^© Faith Ministries International, Inc. (SFMI), works to enhance and improve the spiritual, economic and intellectual lifestyle of people through a three fold purpose:

• [IRS Code #566] providing job training, counseling, and placement,
• [IRS Code #398] instruction and guidance on housing, (may include placement at a later date) and
• [IRS Code #402] other activities aimed at combating community deterioration; by promoting, advocating, conducting, and participating in programs that will deliver substantial assistance to the Homeless, Disadvantaged and Underprivileged citizens of the community.

As part of fulfilling this mandate, the School of Economic & Educational Development Technology Center (S.E.E.D.^© Technology Center) is established to provide job training and employment placement services.
